If phone can not turn on, try to take out the sim card tray and provide the IMEI number that is located on the tray. *For computer: Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen and go to About This Mac. If the device is not running and is a laptop, try looking on the bottom. If it Is an iMac, look under the leg.

Turn Off Find My iPhone/iPad

Please turn off Find my iPhone. Go to Settings, click on your name, go to Find my iPhone/iPad and turn off. Enter Apple ID password if prompted to. *If you can not get on the phone, please provide your AppleID email address and AppleID Password in the text field below so we can manually turn it off. If you do not want to provide this information to us, then we will have to walk you through how to manually turn this feature off over the phone.

In the first page of Settings, scroll to the top and search "Backup." Click on iCloud Backup and then note the date of the last successful backup. If your device has not been backed up and it still turns on, please try to do so through iCloud or by plugging into a computer.
