The serious problem of the coronavirus pandemic has taken over everyone’s thoughts and way of life. More than ever, we are reliant on our “machines” to provide us with information and entertainment, to manage modern life. At GeekHampton, our goal is to help you without exposing you or our staff to danger.

We know that social distancing is a key measure in helping to mitigate the spread of the virus. To that end, we’re changing the way we operate.

We are now allowing people into the store in a very limited capacity. If you need a repair on an iPhone/iPad/Watch or Computer please fill out this form so we can be prepared for your visit. geekhampton.com/help When you come to the store please sign in on the Kiosk iPad out front. You will have an option to put in your phone number and description of your vehicle. Please go back to your car and we will text or call you when it is your time. When we reach out to you please respond, we will move onto the next person if you have not responded within 5 minutes.

This will allow us to limit contact between employees and customers, and also to limit contact between customers.
