Technology Sales and Customer Service Specialist
GeekHampton, Long Island's Apple Premium Service Provider, is looking for a Technology Sales and Customer Service Specialist! Come work with our crew of talented geeky-types, selling Apple products and providing customer support in our gorgeous Hamptons’ showroom and service center. This job can be either seasonal for the summer or long-term according to your availability.
This position plays a dual role of salesperson and dynamic technical troubleshooter. We're looking for dedicated individuals with a passion to simplify and enhance the customer's experience. As the Technology Sales and Customer Service specialist you use problem solving and people skills to create swift resolutions to our customers’ technical problems.

What You’ll Do:
Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional product knowledge.
Create an environment where customers feel comfortable no matter what their technical experience may be.
Create a consultative atmosphere to ensure a client receives the best solution possible for their individual needs.
Explain to customers how GeekHampton can support them before, during, and after the sale is complete.
Go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping and problem solving experience.
Participate to exceed sales goals for yourself and the store.
Engage in ongoing professional sales and product training.
You have a genuine passion for Apple products and maintaining an expert level of knowledge on all product and services we offer.
1 year experience troubleshooting and supporting Mac/iOS devices in a business or education environment is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
Maintain a calming, helpful demeanor with customers, while demonstrating patience and a genuine desire to delight our clients.
You are tech savvy.
You are a fast learner and are motivated to continually learn about products and develop new skills.
You are able to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
You are versatile, willing to do what it takes to solve any problem and delight the customer.
You enjoy a fast-paced and high-energy team.
You are friendly and have great communication skills.
You are an excellent, empathetic listener.
You like working as part of a team and are willing to pitch-in wherever necessary.
You have worked in a retail store and view sales as a meaningful career choice.
Driver’s license is not mandatory, but reliable transportation to Sag Harbor is required.
